Our booking conditions set out clearly and simply the responsibilities which we at Northern Escapes Outdoors Pvt. Ltd. have to you and you in turn have to us when we make a contract between us. This contract is made when you make the event registration booking on the event website – www.manalikhardungla.in – or offline, and agree by ticking in the event registration Terms and Conditions Box, and we accept it from your side by ticking confirmation on these terms. If you make a booking by telephone or via the website, it will be accepted that you agree to these conditions.
1. YOUR CONTRACT WITH NORTHERN ESCAPES OUTDOORS PVT. LTD.
When booking a Registration Ticket, you agree to the terms of these conditions and pay the deposit stipulated for that Ticket. Similarly, if we have your verbal authority or you have provided instructions to deduct payment from your credit/debit card, it is understood that you are in agreement with these booking conditions. Your contract with us shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Indian laws. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi over any claim or matter arising under or in conjunction with your contract with us.
2. EVENT TICKET
The event ticket booked by you is only towards the Manali-Khardungla Cycling Championship 2024. The ticket cost does not include any travel to Manali or from Leh in it. The ticket purchased by you makes you eligible for participation in the event from the event date reporting time, event start and end of event. The event ticket does not include any costs associated with medical emergencies, evacuations or other costs which may be incurred, other than those costs towards you running in the event. The ticket cost does not include any cycling gear, clothing or accessories. The ticket cost is per person only, and if you have people accompanying you then you have to make arrangements for them separately and your accompanying persons will not be entertained by Northern Escapes Outdoors Pvt. Ltd. unless requested to us and we agree to make arrangements for them. The ticket does not include any life, medical or travel insurance, and if you require the same, you have to purchase the same yourself.
3. AGREEMENT TO INDEMNITY BOND
By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, you also agree to the terms and conditions of the indemnity bond, tick marked and agreed by you, and the signed Indemnity Bond is to be given by you physically to the representative or Northern Escapes Outdoors Pvt. Ltd. before the start of the event. Failing to do the same will disqualify you for the participating in the event.
3. IF YOU CANCEL YOUR EVENT TICKET BOOKING
If you cancel your Ticket booking, you must notify us in writing immediately. We will acknowledge this communication and send you an amended booking confirmation or cancellation invoice accordingly. The following cancellation policy and charges will apply and the refund in percentage amount will be:
- A. Before 60 Days of Event Date: 100% Refund
- B. Before 30 Days of Event Date: 50% Refund
- C: Before 15 Days of Event Date: 25% Refund
- D: 15 Days or Less from the Event Date: 0% Refund
4. DISQUALIFICATION FROM THE EVENT
Northern Escapes Outdoors Pvt. Ltd. reserves the rights to disqualify from the event due to any reasons and cancel your registration at any point in time during the event or in the days prior to the event. Northern Escapes Outdoors Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to not provide any explanations or reasons for the same. Successfully
5. OUR OBLIGATION TO YOU
Once payment has been successfully processed you will receive a formal booking confirmation directly thereafter, by email. From this time Reach India has accepted your event ticket booking under the Terms and Conditions of this document. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at time of booking.
6. ANY CHANGE IN EVENT EXPERIENCE, LOCATION, FORMAT OR VENUE OR DATE
Northern Escapes Outdoors Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to change the event in any which ways it deems fit, be it in terms of experience, location or cycling circuit or venue, date or any other changes in the event. You will have no rights to question or contest these changes.
7. PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEOGRAPHY
You agree to the condition that you may be photographed before, during or after the event, and you have no reservations against the same. You also agree that Northern Escapes Outdoors Pvt. Ltd. will have all rights to use the photographs and videos in any which ways it likes and put it up in media or public platform, including print, electronic, digital and social media.
8. DATA PRIVACY POLICY
All personal data provided by you in the registration form will be kept with Northern Escapes Outdoors Pvt. Ltd. only and will not be shared anywhere privately or publicly.
9. TICKETS ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE
The Event Ticket purchased by you is meant for you and only you. You cannot transfer the same to anybody else. The event ticket only qualifies you to participate in the event.
